Refund policy

At Restyled Luxury, we are dedicated to providing you with an exceptional preloved shopping experience. Each item undergoes a thorough inspection before being listed for sale, ensuring accurate descriptions and true-to-life photographs.

If you find that an item doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward return process. Here are the important details:

• Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery for store credit only.

• Returned items must be shipped back within 7 calendar days of receiving the return shipping label.

• Customers are responsible for a $15 return fee.

All returns require a return label issued by Restyled Luxury and a store credit will be issued. 

Please note, Restyled Luxury does not offer refunds for change-of-mind returns.

Return Requirements:

• Items must be returned in the same condition received (New with Tags items must have tags attached).

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Promotions and discounts applied at the time of purchase cannot be refunded.

• Final sale items are not eligible for return.
